Professional Background

Before founding Paredim Partners LLC, David Parisier worked in real estate acquisition at several companies. He oversaw the purchase of $150 million worth of commercial office properties for SL Green Realty Corp. There, he also assisted in procuring equity financing to purchase properties. After leaving SL Green Realty Corp., he took a position as Director of Acquisitions for Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Over two years later, he moved on to serve as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Capital Properties Associates, LP. In this role, David Parisier managed $200 million in property deals in Boston and New York, and oversaw smaller projects in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia.

In addition to conducting real estate transactions, David Parisier has developed several business models focused on expansion. From 1997 until 1999, he helped Mack-Cali Realty Corporation grow by guiding its growth into the Mid-Atlantic marketplace. At the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc., David Parisier supervised new business developments and created marketing materials for the company’s expansion into New York City.

His interest in business dates back to his education. David Parisier received his Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in Economics in 1987 from Clark University. Four years later, he earned his Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University. David Parisier enjoys golf, skiing, and tennis in his spare time.
