Looking for publishers of free weekly community papers

We are looking for individuals in all 50 states that would like to work from home. We sell weekly content (and training if needed) to our subscribers so that they can publish free weekly papers in their own community. Most of our subscribers produce papers similar to "Coffee News" or "Tidbits"-type publications. One key factor though is that we are not a franchise. Our subscribers make decisions for themselves.
