    Shonika Proctor is a Washington, DC based Entrepreneur, Author and National TV Business Commentator on the highly respected PBS Nightly Business Report. She is the Pioneer of the Teen Entrepreneur Coaching Industry. Teens in her program realize that entrepreneurship is not a course or a class but a level of consciousness, meaning they must LIVE IT to learn it.

The company was founded in 2005 but not officially launched until April 2008 (you know how that goes ;-)).

      By Prompting The Emerging Voice of teens and encouraging them to own their space, the spirited and determined teens in her private coaching practice (U.S. and abroad) have overcome a variety of hardships and life challenges to beat the odds in school, life and business. Teens enrolled in her coaching program LIVE entrepreneurship. Empowered with this mindset they have been fearless but conscious in their approach to entrepreneurship and as a result have written and published books, designed and manufactured products, developed iphone apps, built companies from scratch to 5 figures per month (yes! that’s more than $10,000 a month) and licensed and branded their own curriculum. Additionally, one of her teens is currently going through the process of franchising his business and another one of her teens is the subject of a one hour TV documentary.

      Shonika is the author of Teen Entrepreneur Success Secrets Book, co-creator (with her teens) of the Teen C.E.O. Blueprint, a self study course for teen business owners, Founder of Global Partners for Innovative Teen Entrepreneurs and Founder of Renegade Teachers for Entrepreneurship Education. To date her books, curriculum, workshops and branded programs have touched over 12,300 youth in the U.S. and countries such as Jamaica, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bosnia, England, Indonesia and Moldova.

      Her teens have received entrepreneurship and leadership awards at the regional, national and international level and have been featured in media outlets such as CNN, Business Week Magazine, Fox Morning Business News and Black Enterprise Magazine.
