I am a leader of a nonprofit organization based in Nairobi,Kenya.We were lucky to have been selected to implement a community based water and sanitation project funded by European Union in collaboration with government of Kenya under the community development program on June 2005.The initial project budget budget was US$ 50,000 and as we speak we are in deed worried for we have been searching for financing from various sources but our efforts has borne no fruits.

Following your offer to assist businesses and organizations meet their capital needs,I just take this earliest opportunity to express our intention to secure financing to take our project to the next level which is on the verge of collapse.We are a
community of low income earners in fact living on less than a dollar a day and as such we have experienced severe financial constraints to make good our project missions. However,we are confident that with your kind assistance,we shall go a long way towards upgrading ,innovating and to sustain and maintain our operations and achieving our missions

The following are the project objectives:
1.To assist community access safe and clean water at affordable rates
2.T o assist community access decent toilet facility at affordable rates.
3.To assist community access bathroom services at an affordable rates.
4.To eradicate poverty so rampant in our community.

The UNITED NATIONS statistics provides that lack of safe,clean water and a toilet is killing more children than malaria,measles and HIV/AIDS combined.It is in the wake of this hard reality that we in deed realize the value of our project to the community and also towards environmental conservation.

Being the CEO of the project, I oversees the project operations and also coordination of activities in line with our organization goals.
Thus,based on our financial needs,we need approximately US$10,000 (ten thousand) to make sure the project gains a stable financial base and also to initiate incidental developments related to the ongoing project of water and sanitation.
