Hiring and Firing
This relates to my NGO that aims to support women entrepreneurs. As most of my business is online, I never had a specific person for hiring people. I did use "outsourcing" to get people who can manage the NGO.
However, the people who come in, are more interested in their personal profits rather than meeting the aims of the NGO. I must have changed over a dozen people in the last one year. ONE SMALL QUESTION: How to hire the right person for the NGO - who puts the aims of the NGO ahead of his/her personal aims? Looking forward to suggestions, -- Best Regards, DreamsCentral Twitter: @DreamsCentral Signed: Monday, November 09, 2009, 12:35:11 AM IST
