What are the problems to start bulk drug industry and how much time I need to get license

To start any company, first step is incorporation of a company, thereafter licensing and permission will come depending upon your business model. If you are going to import the drugs, you have to take permission from Drugs Authority, Import Export Code from DGFT and also check is there any licensing requirement for import of that goods.
