What are some of the exciting aspects of being an young entrepreneur?

Young Entrepreneurs
For me personally, it's the flexibility and autonomy. I am a mother and of course, kids have needs. When they're sick, they want to stay home and cuddle with you, when they want to play, they want you to play with them. And it was really difficult for me to dedicate time to him and work full time. I always felt like I was doing something wrong by asking for time off, even when he had H1N1 (but of course I demanded it) !!!!!!
Also, I have a very strong personality, and hold my values and beliefs close to my heart. So as they say in my country "I have no cover for my mouth". I speak my mind, and it sometimes gets me into trouble! So being my own boss, and choosing my own hours, which allows me to spend time with my son, is the most exciting aspect of being an entrepreneur, in my opinion. But even though an entrepreneur can make any decisions he or she desires, that does not eliminate the fact that in order to be successful you have to work hard and work smart, and demand what you want, and inspire change if you truly believe in it. Another part i enjoy, with respect to my business, is being able to inspire change in those who find it difficult to let go of the traditional way of doing business. That is when I know I have become successful in my line of work.
Applause!! That is true. Many jobs that I have had do not value workers they have unless you OVER hit the quota, if I need to leave because my child is sick, they say "can someone else pick him up. We need you"! As if I don't have people in my life that I wouldn't do anything for. So YES, being an Entrepreneur is the bests way to FREEDOM and the only way to WEALTH! Good luck in your endeavors!!!
Hello everyone,
In my opinion the best thing is being able to implement and test one's own ideas and skills to the fullest. You see a lot of great ideas snubbed in the workplace just because management does not agree. So yes, overall, its the freedom!
