how to get clients for new call center business? i.e outsourcing
Well i have managed call centers in India and I did well and I think it was nice and challenging, and I believe the owners were making some real good money, i wast doing too bad myself, but then I came back to California and now I own my own fast food joint which is ok...but I am now planning to start a call center in India and I was wondering what would be the first step to look for a client/company that wants to move their customer service or telemarketing to India, or a small company that cant afford customer service or telemarketing in here, but they sure can do in a call center abroad. And companies those who already have these services here in states will save a fortune. So please advice where to start and what to do.
