The phone book is not at all relevant to my business. Most of my customers find us via networking and, to a lesser extent, the internet. We do not maintain any listing in the phone book.
After 22 years, we finally did not renew our phone book advertising this year. The ROI just wasn't there anymore.

Families with babies and families without babies are sorry for each other. Edgar Watson Howe "People often opine that releasing anger is healthier than bottling it up. In one survey, 66 percent of university undergraduates agreed that expressing pent up anger is a good way of tamping down aggression. This belief dates back at least to Aristotle, who observed that viewing tragic plays affords the opportunity for catharsis, a cleansing of anger and other negative emotions. I have just said that above. Just because we have the cell phone, the PC, IPods, we in the poor countries need the directories, yellow pages. The peanuts sellers use these for wrapping the nuts and keep on living. Used covers of the copiers papers also come in very handy as they are waterproof. I thank you Firozali A. Mulla
