Has anyone paid for info on government grants?
There are a lot of ads that claim they can get you government grants, but the government does not give out grants to start or expand a business.
Here is an excerpt from the official government business website. "Grants from the federal government are only available to non-commercial organizations, such as non-profits and educational institutions in areas such as, medicine, education, scientific research and technology development. The federal government also provides grants to state and local governments to assist them with economic development." Visit this link to learn more about government grants. "http://www.business.gov/finance/financing/grants/ Investing In Women has compiled a free list of grants that are available for entrepreneurs. Visit the following link to find grants you don't have to pay for: http://iiwomen.com/Grants/index.htm

Thanks for resource Leah,
There are also resources at www.grants.gov to assist you in your ventures. The government tends to invest in opportunities that benefit our nation. Grants.gov demonstrates some of the current needs, initiatives and available resources of our country. By researching this site and digging into what your true passions are, you may be able to create a product/service that benefits our country and yourself. Thanks again Leah, Will Peters The Anstad Group www.anstad.com
http://Grant-a-Gram.com also provides free access to grant information. Info on recently issued grants is consolidated from multiple sources & emailed to subscribers twice weekly.
