IIt's time-consuming and personal rights intruding to monitor your employees' online activity. However, you can have access to the personality, working condition of your employee, but this monitoring activity is commonly being conducted secretly and privately. It's ideal for your employee to be self-motivated, or make them fet monitered.
I've seen the boss who's monitor the computer screen of his empoyee at intervals with abrupt appearance, and his employee are very hard-working apparently on the surface but deep in heart everyone is full of complaints and looking for job opportunity of another company.

AUTONOMY is essential to employee satisfaction. Invading and monitoring email is quite unnecessary. The performance appraisal is the most effective measure of commitment and productivity.

There are many reasons why an employer would monitor the activities of its employees. Performance is usually low on the list whilst pilfering of stock orthe protection of sensitive information is high on the list. There are various arguments for and against monitoring employees but whatever your position in this matter, the practice is definitely on the increase. I guess i am biased on this subject seeing that I am a provider of various spying equipment used by employers but the results that have occurred as a consequence of their use have made it worthwhile.
