What's the best tax tool for your business?

It's tax season again. What do you use to ease the pain of filing your taxes?

Hello, my name is Julie Ornelas and this is my first EC entry, I registered today!
I have a new business myself, Bookkeeping & More. The only true advice I can say to ease the pain is to be organized and prepared. If you are not, 2010 is the time to start. Set aside a tax payment savings account and keep all Accounting functions up-to-date and in order.

Stay organized & keep very precise records all year long. I agree with Julie, set aside monies proactively throughout the year to hedge your filing dues.

I think many may not like the best reply. Get three wives like Muslims or four a lawyer from India, and auditor like Enron and a secretary who keeps the mouth shut , shred papers , runs away and maries the member in the Chavez house. "Church court records are filled with cases involving
illicit sexual relations between master and servant. At the beginning of the 17th century, Edward Glascocke from Enfield, Middlesex, found himself in court since he had been discovered in bed with his
maidservant as well as his wife. In the same period, church wardens in Stoke St Mary, Somerset were scandalized by disclosures of an employer's open preference for his maidservant over his wife. When they went to work in the fields the maid rode on horseback
while the humbled wife was made to walk. The master and
maidservant slept in the same bedroom while the mistress of the house was consigned to another. In Glamorganshire in 1763 the death of a master produced revelations about his 'vile life' in
keeping a maidservant as his concubine 'to the great disturbance of his house and to the great grief and vexation of his loving wife.' A London moralist, J. Moir, warned parents in 1787: " 'You had better turn your daughter into the street at once than place her out to service. For ten to one her master shall seduce her or she shall be
made the confidante of her mistress's intrigues.' "Masters would often consider it their right to molest their maids. It was made clear to a London maidservant in 1605 that providing sexual favors to the
master on demand was simply part of her job. She was told: " 'Thou art my servant and I may do with thee as I please.' " R.C. Richardson, "An Maidservant's Lot in Early Modern England," History Today,
Volume: 60 Issue: 2, pp. 25-31. A sentence has its cast of characters. Each word has a role. Let's call those roles parts of speech. What function do the various parts of speech perform? Nouns and pronouns name. Adjectives describe. Adverbs qualify. The best of this lineup are verbs, always ready for action. Verbs do. They move the plot forward. Verbs bring life to the story. This week we'll bring you five words that are verbs (from Latin verbum: word). castigate

The best tool I found useful is going down to my local city, county, state, and IRS offices to discuss our company. Based on that discussion, they advise me on the best plan of action for our company when it comes to taxes. I need to hear it from the source. Followed by working with my accountant based on that discussion. We use quickbooks to manage our daily transactions and update with our accountant quarterly, then file annually.

All the best,

From the employer's perpective another useful and cost-effective means to substantially reduce "employer tax" issues is to utilize the services of a "qualified" PEO, Professional Employer Organization. www.NAPEO.org is the industry's national trade organization. Their site contains a wealth of information for your review.
