Hi Shekhar,
First make sure you understand what skills are required for this business, get experience and if available an Emergency Technician or Paramedic certificate. You will need that to build credibility and save money in the long run. How are your business skills? Do you have the money to purchase fully equipped vehicles? Ask yourself these questions. Begin networking with healthcare providers, target your marketing to a group of individuals for example elderly groups, or community associations, also see how you can get your business to bulletin boards and get your message out on radio networks. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks for your valued inputs . I have surveyed the basics required as suggested by you there is a positive feedback for this service for a city like Mumbai at the same time i am on the look out for financing the project & make this facility available for all sections of the society at a reasonable cost.Is there any NGO's /Pontentional investors for financing as this has great commercial value
