Registering private ltd in US
i want to register my own company in US. I am from indian origin. Can this be done. What does it take to do this. I dont have US visa yet. Also what visa is most suitable for my business.

It can done but you will have to be resident or have a partner(U.S. resident/ citizen). If you don't visa then you can't be in the U.S.
To avoid wasting money and time, first ask someone to test your product in the U.S. to find for out if U.S. consumers will buy the product.
