California LLC or Corp

I saw that when you form a LLC in California you pay an annual fee of $800. Is there also an annual fee for a corporation be it S or C?
Also what do you suggest forming for a home based business starting on eBay and hoping to expand to a brick and mortar shop in a few years?

Yes LLC's, S-corps and C-corps are both subject to the $800 minimum tax. The rates for LLC's and C-corp is 8.84% of net income with a minimum $800. The rate for S-corp is 1.5% with the same $800 minimum.
