can we enter into business agreements with our name instead of organisations name(inc.).If we can is that agreement valid

im starting a business . It needs agreements to be signed by the service providers , but i have not registered my company, so the agreement would be with me. Are these business agreements valid?

Kishore,
You can form a Proprietorship company. This does not cost much (except some nominal fees). In your area, you can enquire where to get “Shop At” license, and that should be good enough to sign a contract. Otherwise, if you yourself are going to perform the tasks for your customers then you can simply ask him to hire you as a consultant and send him periodic invoice.
Hope this helps.
