Karen Schaefer is the author of multiple books, videos and training systems on Home Staging, Curb Appeal and Real Estate Marketing.Some of her books and systems include; 5 Steps to Selling Your Real Estate in 30 days or less, Simple Appeal Staging System, and Extreme Exit Strategy System.She is best known as Founder of APSD; The Association of Property Scene Designers where she built a multi-level certification and training program for Certified Home Stagers in 6 countries.Karen has spoken all over the world and shared the stage with people like Ron Le Grand, Dan Kennedy and Gordon Jump (The Lonely Maytag Man).

The water is so peaceful and she absolutely loves it. Karen is a SCUBA instructor and just can't imagine anything more wonderful than diving in the ocean.
She also loves to travel.
She and her husband Pete travel together for work, fun and to visit family. Whether they are flying to Europe or taking a road trip to Napa, they enjoy the journey and each mile.
